Any amendments or cancellations made within 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation penalty equal to the full accommodation value. Please note a 1.3% surcharge applies for any payments by VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Diners Card.

* Pet rooms are subject to availability – we cannot guarantee a pet room.
* An $80 pet cleaning fee will apply.
* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation allowed.
* The pet(s) must NOT be left unattended in your guest room and should be under your control at all times whilst on hotel grounds to ensure there is no disruption to the quiet enjoyment of other hotel guests.
